COLORED/OVERSIZED ROLLUP DOORS

Additional lead times for colored roll up doors/oversized roll up doors is 2-6 weeks on top of the original lead time, we would like for dealers to convey this to their customers. However, colored roll up doors normally do not take an additional 2-6 weeks lead time and oversized roll up doors normally take up to an additional 2 weeks (depending on the size and if they have a motor opener). It truly depends on the operational capacity of our roll up door supplier and what they have/do not have in stock. There has been times where a oversized roll up door does to an additional 2-6 weeks, this is why it does need to be relayed to the customer that an additional lead time of 2-6 weeks may happen when ordering a colored/oversized roll up door.

Cost for oversized roll up doors must be paid up front and there is absolutely no refund on those. Colored roll up doors do not have to be paid for up front unless they are oversized. A oversized roll up door is anything size not offered in the Builder. You would need to call and inquire with NCSB for a quote on the oversized roll up door (typically takes 24-48 business hours to obtain pricing).

BLACK WINDOWS & PEDESTRIAN DOORS

Yes, NCSB does offer Black Walk In Doors despite there not being a option for them on the NCSB Builder...

They are only available in the “wagon wheel” style. They sit on the base rail, they do not sit flush on the concrete. They are $25.00 extra (each).

◦ You must add a traditional wagon wheel door to the building where you want it to be installed. ◦ Then use your SALES TOOLS, + ADD CUSTOM LINE ITEM, EXPENSE - TAXABLE ◦ Description would be “BLACK WAGON WHEEL WALK-IN DOOR FEE $25.00”. ◦ Also, please make a “NOTE” in the order that the building has “BLACK WAGON WHEEL WALK-IN DOOR (include the number of Black Walk-In Doors)” ◦ Please ensure the NCSB Orders Specialist acknowledges the Order has Black Walk-in Door/s.

The NCSB 3D-Builder now has the option for a Standard Black Window (24" inch x 36" inch). After you render a Window on the Building/Structure you are designing please click the pencil icon to show the various Window Options and you should see the Black Window Option. The Black Window is a Standard Style Window, it is not a Vinyl Double Pane Window. The Black Standard Window is $25.00 more than the White Standard Window.

SITE PHOTOS

NCSB now requires a total of 6 Photos (minimum): 1 Photo of the Foundation in a ready condition, 1 Photo of each side of the Installation Site (4 photos total, approximately 8'-15' feet away from the Foundation), and 1 Photo of where the Customer is proposing that the Installation Crew park their Truck/Trailer (approximately 50'-60' Feet in Length).

NCSB is hoping that when the Customer provides the Install Site Photo requirements we will be able to accurately determine any Additional Labor Costs, if the Install Site has any Utilities present that would need to be marked/temporarily relocated, and where the Install Crew can park and stack/pre-assemble materials & building components.
